■The start button does not work
The Google Puzzle uses JavaScript. Turn the JavaScript settings ON in Preferences.

■Taking a break
The game history is saved automatically on local storage. If the same PC and browser is used, you can restart the Google Puzzle from where you left off.
If you wish to restart the game, please select "Start new" from the home page. Please note that this will save your most recent game history, and the previous data will be deleted.

■How to enjoy multi-window sites
The Google Puzzle is a multi-window site.
◎Pop-up blocker setting (especially if using IE9)
If your browser's pop-up blocker setting is ON, please enable pop-ups for [thegooglepuzzle.com] from Preferences.
If you are using IE9, pop-up blocker settings can be modified from the menu bar's Tools > Pop-up blocker.
◎Users with dual displays
If you have a dual display setup, the positions of the windows may become misaligned.
Please open the site on your main display.

■Windows do not fit in the display
The Google Puzzle is optimized for display resolution of 1280pxl × 800pxl or higher.
The windows may not be displayed properly at a lower resolution.

■An alert that prompts saving data on local storage is displayed
The Google Puzzle saves the game history on local storage. If an alert is displayed due to settings, please select Allow.
